SUNMI Technology (06810.HK) announced on September 10, separate cooperation agreements with Türkiye-based fintech company TOKEN and Mongolia-based digital bank M bank at the 11th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong. The agreements will bring together SUNMI’s commercial IoT and digital commerce capabilities with the partners’ local expertise, advancing collaboration across digital commerce, smart devices, payments, and digital financial services.
CrossBoundary Energy’s (CBE) 233 MW Kamoa solar project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has achieved full-capacity grid connection and entered commercial operation. Completed just 16 months after the power purchase agreement was signed, the project sets a new delivery benchmark for large-scale solar in Africa. Powered by AIKO’s high-efficiency ABC modules, Kamoa is Africa’s first project to provide round-the-clock baseload power entirely through an integrated solar-plus-storage system.

Aircom today announced the elevation of Khurram Chaudhry from Vice President Product & Engineering to General Manager & CTO, giving him overall responsibility for the Aircom business. The leadership transition comes as Aircom enters a new phase of product innovation, with AI and automation playing an increasingly important role in the evolution of RAN planning, optimization and operations. Khurram has been part of the TEOCO group since 2016 and most recently led Product Management & Engineering for Aircom. RAMINVEST HOLDING today announced the next phase of its Mauritania gold exploration programme at the Wompou Gold Project, where sampling returned assay values of up to 50.14 g/t gold and six priority targets, designated T-01 to T-06, have been defined for first-pass drill testing. Wompou covers 446 km² in the Mauritanides Belt and is held through the Group’s subsidiary in Mauritania under Exploration Permit 2265B2. The statistical work identified a strong arsenic-gold correlation (R = 0.989) supporting the use of arsenic as a pathfinder element in target definition. The programme is designed to test the continuity, geometry, grade distribution and potential scale of the mineralised system.

Flow Guard Solutions develops affordable, AI-powered smart water meters designed to help address water scarcity by identifying leaks and reducing unnecessary water loss. Using ultrasonic sensing and AI, the system monitors water use in real time, identifies unusual consumption patterns and enables remote monitoring and shut-off, helping utilities, municipalities and property managers prevent costly leaks and better manage water consumption. Flow Guard’s technology was developed at KAUST and the company was incubated by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. Its participation in the EF Hult Prize was supported by Monsha’at through sponsorship and by Arweqah Alreyadah through mentorship.
Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has entered into binding agreements to raise ₹9,825 crores (~USD 1 billion) of primary equity capital from a consortium of leading domestic and global investors. The transaction values AAHL at a pre-money equity valuation of ~USD 18 billion, establishing a significant external institutional valuation benchmark for the airports platform. The investor consortium comprises Alpha Wave Global, Premji Invest, Temasek and BlackRock managed funds. Upon completion of all three tranches, the investors will collectively hold approximately 5.54% in AAHL.
