At the heart of this transformation is the rollout of the Mulk Health & Hope (HNH) Card, a digital health privilege card that will grant millions of Congolese families access to world-class medical services, regardless of geography or income level.

Under the visionary leadership of El Hajj Imam Hassan Bondo Tutu Ismael, President of OIRDC, the initiative is positioned as a foundational pillar in Congo’s path toward self-reliance in healthcare and innovation. “This is a defining moment for our country,” said President Hassan Bondo. “The DRC is no longer waiting for healthcare to reach us — we are building it, digitizing it, and delivering it directly to our people. With Mulk Med as our strategic partner, we now have the expertise, technology, and infrastructure to turn every region into a center of care.”

The partnership includes the phased deployment of virtual hospitals, TeleICU monitoring centers, AI-enabled Teleradiology platforms, and Smart Ambulances equipped with onboard telehealth and live emergency response systems. In addition, a robust pharmaceutical program will establish in-house pharmacies and explore local drug manufacturing reducing dependency on imports while improving drug quality and accessibility. Mulk Med will also offer remote-guided surgical support, mobile diagnostic systems, and 24/7 specialist consultation via a centralized digital command network.

Joseph Diwampovesa Diangienda, Economic Department Commissioner  said “This project is not just about technology — it’s about empowering communities. The economic and social ripple effect of building such a health network will uplift every corner of our country and create new opportunities in health, employment, and innovation.”

We’re proud to partner with OIRDC to bring equitable, world-class healthcare to Africa’s heart.”

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Shaji Ul Mulk, Chairman Mulk International, said this project is a lifeline for the nation healthcare followed to be replicated to much needed African region. The Mulk HNH Card will connect every Congolese citizen to comprehensive care and support — a true step toward Africa’s digital healthcare future.

The valuation shift reflects broader recalibrations across international financial markets as institutional managers re-evaluate capital commitments tied to artificial intelligence infrastructure. While competing hyperscale computing enterprises including Alphabet and Tesla accelerated capital investments toward data centers, robotics, and autonomous transport networks, Apple maintained disciplined expenditure controls over consecutive fiscal quarters. Market participants increasingly view Apple’s disciplined spending approach as a operational buffer, allowing the firm to expand its proprietary Apple Intelligence software ecosystem without incurring high infrastructure depreciation costs. Trading patterns across major equity benchmarks highlighted diverging sentiment between hardware component suppliers and consumer technology platforms. Nvidia shares experienced increased selling pressure alongside wider pullbacks across semiconductor equities, as investors scrutinized the timeline for financial returns on massive artificial intelligence data center investments. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index recorded notable weekly declines as market participants reassessed elevated valuation multiples across pure-play chipmakers. Despite persistent demand for graphics processing units, concerns surrounding energy supply constraints, macroeconomic interest rate trajectories, and capital expenditure intensity weighed on semiconductor equity prices.
